So my sister and her partner are getting married. My wedding gift to them is to help paint their newly purchased condo.
I need help.
If you can help anytime on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday next week, please let me know. I'll provide food and such.
The condo is at the end of the Skytrain line (King George) in Surrey and I'll give out the address when I have it.

I have a vitamin B 12 deficiency.this means that all of the flu like symptoms that I have been experiencing over the last few days are a result of low vitamin B. Right now, all I feel like doing is sleeping and fortunately I have lots of help doing so. One fluffy white cat and one black and white purry thing. |

I have 4 unclaimed tickets to the show on Wednesday night. Does anyone want to go with me?

Happy New Year!
![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) dry_ork and I went for a movie tonight as her plans changed suddenly and it was a good movie (I'm surprised by the way). The movie was Bedtime Stories starring Adam Sandler.
At midnight, I took dry_ork to Granville St. There was loud music, police, tons of people and generally just the normal New Years Eve chaos. To my amusement, her eyes just kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger. Then she went to say something and was so excited she squeaked.
We are home now after ploughing through the snow, again.

So I have been accepted to UBC. However, I need to come up with $250 tuition deposit, but because of all my expenses,I need assistance with the deposit.
I am asking my family and friends to donate either $2 or $5 toward this deposit. I need either 50 people who can donate $5 or 125 people who donate $2. Either way, I would really appreciate the donation. The money donated will go directly to the deposit.

It was dry_ork's first day of grade 8 today. Or so it was supposed to be.
We arrived at her school to find out she had been placed in a program for children with severe behavioural issues. We had not signed her up for it, nor had we any idea until we got to the school this morning that the schedule she was sent was for this program and not the regular school.
A quick call to the school board later... she was not registered by the school board, but the school had stuck her in the program either by mistake or by someone else's direction. According to the board, I would have been notified and a letter of acceptance and had to sign and return the letter to say that this is the program for her. We received no such letter, nor did I sign anything. Unfortunately, because the school computers say that she is in this program, she is no longer registered at the school.
So her schedule needs to be fixed, but the school says that they are already full and she will probably have to enrol in another school. Fine, we will find another school if we have to, but it's not going to be Templeton.
Meanwhile, she has a locker (at the school) and lots of new school supplies and a day off tomorrow and probably the rest off the week too. I was thinking of taking her to the aquarium this week since she has the time. |

I'd rather have him in the Lower Mainland, but anywhere will do. If it's astronomy related it would be better, but not absolutely necessary at the moment. |

Saturday: DR and I left Kelowna at 11:00am and arrived home at around 7:30pm. Kelowna to Vancouver is 377km.
Sunday: I left for Edmonton at 7am local time and arrived there at 9:30am their time. Vancouver to Edmonton is 1,158km.
Sunday: We left Edmonton at 9pm.
Monday: We arrived to our destination in Surrey at 10:45am.
Total distance I travelled in 48 hours: 2,693km.
Total number of hours of sleep: 4.5

So starting on Thursday April 10 I need someplace for DR to go or someone to come over so she can go to bed by 9pm. I have a class on Thursdays and DR has to get up for school on Fridays.
Please let me know if you can help, or have any other suggestions. My class is 11 weeks. |
